Bariloche
Kate here. Cam is temporarily unavailable due to an unfortunate bout of stomach illness not yet diagnosed. I TOLD him not to eat little meaty pastry things. In Bariloche now, where it is neither windy, sandy, nor scorchingly hot. It´s lovely. Sort of Nelson/Whistler-ish. Rather hilly, but to be expected for a town in the mountains. Presently in a hostel, but will be hiking tomorrow and the next day (should stomach illness not rear its ugly head again). Hoping to be in the area for a week or so. Tired of buses. AMAZING view of the lake from our hostel room.

Hi Kate & Cam! Sorry to hear about the upset stomach, those mystery pastries will get you every time! We looked at pictures of Bariloche on the internet, it looks glorious and very much like Whistler. The weather broke here today and we had nice sunny weather, Mom & I took advantage of it to get the boat into the river for the winter, we also brought home the foam mattress for you guys to sleep on at Christmas. Always thinking of you! Take care, and enjoy Bariloche!
